AtOPISa leading international Clinical Research Organization (CRO) we are seeking a hungry for successBusiness Development Associate who will help expand our global client network across the life sciences sector focusing on APAC region.

Youllcollaboratewithseniorleaderstoidentifynewbusinessopportunitiesresearchtargetcompanies and connect with the key decision-makers in pharma and biotech. Youll play a key role in introducing OPIS services understanding client needs and supporting long-term partnerships.
This is a fully home based role in Shanghai China.

Yourmainresponsibilities:

IdentifyandengagepotentialclientsthroughcallsemailsandLinkedInoutreach.
Researchandanalyzeorganizationstoidentifydecision-makers.
CoordinatemeetingsbetweenclientsandOPISexperts.
MaintainCRMdataandprepareregularactivityreports.
Followupwithleadsandnurtureclientrelationships.

Whatwerelookingfor:

Highschooldiplomaoradegree
1-3yearsofexperienceinsales(BDRSDRrecruitmentetc.).
Native/fluentChinese andEnglishwithstrongcommunicationskills.
Excellentorganizationalandplanningabilities.
