Were looking for a Operations Coordinator to join our Traffic team in Bay of Plenty. Youll support our BOP Traffic Department by organising the people plant and resources we need to deliver safe high-quality work across the wider business. Mō te tūranga About the role

Reporting to the Department Manager youll be responsible for coordinating TTM resources to ensure we deliver excellent service safely on time and to industry standards. Youll be an organised solutions-focused people person who can work with a culturally diverse team and build strong relationships with crew subcontractors and customers.

Ngā kawenga matua Key responsibilities

  • Operations planning and daily coordination of works

  • Allocating plant and equipment

  • Rostering staff and managing daily labour requirements

  • Working closely with internal labour resources

  • Organising and managing sub-contractors

  • Managing health safety and wellbeing across operations

  • Working with TTM Planning to ensure compliant

Kei te kimi mātou i tētahi e whai ana i ēnei pūkenga Were looking for someone with

  • Full Class 1 driver licence (Class 2 an advantage but not essential)

  • Traffic knowledge (Advantage but not essential)

  • Good computer skills (Microsoft Word/Excel PPP)

  • Ability to use MYTTM

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • A genuine commitment to safety and continuous improvement

  • A focus on excellent internal and external customer service

  • An honest proactive team approach and positive attitude

  • Availability to take phone calls 7 days a week

  • Drive passion for your work and a desire to keep developing your career
