Job Summary
Head Girls Basketball Coach. QUALIFICATIONS:Valid Arkansas teaching license and required coaching certifications (ADE AAA/NFHS)Head coaching or coordinator experience preferredREPORTS TO:Building Principal and Athletic DirectorTERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:Salary and benefits per Paris School District policyESSENTIAL TEACHING RESPONSIBILITIESProvide effective instruction aligned with the district a variety of teaching strategies and adjust based on student a positive productive classroom with grade-level and department district initiatives and monitor student COACHING RESPONSIBILITIESLead and manage the 712 girls basketball a culture of hard work character academics and and conduct practices workouts and game proper skills fundamentals safety and equipment and mentor assistant effectively with players parents and academic eligibility and support multi-sport with youth basketball programs and manage equipment events and required games meetings and professional development while modeling professionalism and ensuring athlete safety.
