Overview
Join our Experience Design team and help shape the future of how customers and employees interact with our products and services. As a Senior Experience Designer youll turn insights into intuitive humancentered solutions that elevate every touchpoint.
The Senior Experience Designer plays a key role in bringing clarity to complexitytranslating research ideas and opportunities into concepts prototypes service design blueprints and visual storytelling that illustrate endtoend experiences. Youll partner closely with crossfunctional teams to cocreate solutions that are easy enjoyable and useful for the people who rely on our products every day.
As a senior member of the team youll also help elevate our craft by mentoring others sharing best practices and fostering a collaborative feedbackrich environment that reflects our values of respect integrity and teamwork.
This position is located at our Corporate Headquarters in Clayton MO with a hybrid schedule available.

Responsibilities
We are hiring now for immediate openings. Responsibilities include:
- Support the Experience Design Manager in documenting and improving humancentered design processes
- Identify user goals pain points and opportunities by participating in interviews focus groups shadowing and observational research
- Communicate futurestate concepts through experience maps user journeys service blueprints and other visual design artifacts
- Contribute to planning and executing experiments and prototypes that validate new service and product ideas
- Mentor and coach designers while supporting highquality design deliverables and prototypes for stakeholder reviews and infield testing
- Lead ideation and exploration across service interaction spatial product and brand design
- Provide constructive design feedback and iterate collaboratively based on research insights business needs and design principles
- Advocate for usability accessibility and designsystem standards across all work
- Engage in ongoing professional development through selfassessment training and goal setting
- Maintain reliable attendance and perform additional duties as needed

Qualifications
Minimum:
- Bachelors Degree in New Media Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) Interaction Design Service Design or related field
- Must have 2 years of Experience with graphic and/or digital design and knowledge of prototyping tools such as Sketch Figma HTML/CSS or similar
- Must have 4 years of Experience in service/experience design and the ability to generate solid ideas and a thorough understanding of user-centric design process.
- Experience designing and developing service blueprints user flows wireframes and Figma (or similar) prototypes
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
Preferred:
- Leading collaborative teams through human-centered design processes
- Experience in service design data synthesis and contextual inquiry
