Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) MS/Tele to provide high-quality patient care in a medical-surgical telemetry unit. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills in cardiac monitoring acute care and patient management in a fast-paced hospital setting.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical and telemetry patients
Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and dysrhythmias
Administer medications including blood products and IV therapies
Provide care for patients requiring respiratory support (BiPAP CPAP HFNC)
Manage central lines PICC lines and peripheral IVs
Respond to rapid response and code situations
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in EMR systems
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
Ensure adherence to infection control and safety protocols
Patient Population
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) License
BLS and ACLS Certifications required
Minimum 2 years of MS/Tele experience
Strong experience with dysrhythmia interpretation and management
Proficiency in EPIC EMR system
Experience with acute care and telemetry monitoring
