Your future duties and responsibilities:

Provide functional application support for daily supply chain operations and assist users with system inquiries and error handling.
Monitor and resolve support tickets in the incident management system.
Coordinate with vendors by escalating complex technical issues and tracking them until resolution.
Perform interface monitoring for system interfaces and data integrations.
Conduct basic troubleshooting for failed jobs or data transmission issues.
Create update and maintain documentation such as application runbooks configuration notes and user guides.
Review monthly patch releases and assess their impact on the system.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Must-Have Skills

Supply Chain Domain Knowledge (Procurement Sourcing Contract Lifecycle Management).
Experience in L1/L2 Application Support.
Strong technical troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose system errors.
Experience managing incident queues / ticketing systems.
Strong documentation skills (technical documentation and process flows).
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal English).
Experience with iCertis platforms.

Good-to-Have Skills

Experience supporting ERP integrations.
Exposure to financial systems interfaces.
Familiarity with incident and problem management processes (ITIL or similar).
