Role Definition
Plans directs and leads engineering and PMO teams to ensure projects initiatives and processes comply with established policies and objectives while actively modernizing delivery through AI data and automationdriven practices.
Key Responsibilities
Engineering & PMO Leadership
- Lead a globally distributed engineering and PMO organization ensuring alignment across regions time zones and cultures.
- Establish clear operating rhythms governance models and execution standards to enable predictable highquality delivery at scale.
- Partner with business and technology leaders to translate strategy into executable roadmaps and outcomes.
Process Optimization & Efficiency
- Drive endtoend process optimization across engineering program management and delivery lifecycles.
- Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks; implement lean agile and datadriven improvements to enhance speed quality and cost effectiveness.
- Standardize best practices metrics and performance management frameworks across geographies.
AI Automation & Digital Enablement
- Champion the use of AI automation and advanced analytics to improve engineering productivity decisionmaking and operational efficiency.
- Enable intelligent automation across planning execution reporting quality and risk management processes.
- Foster a culture of experimentation and innovation by leveraging emerging technologies to solve complex business and engineering problems.
Quality Delivery & Lifecycle Management
- Ensure engineering solutions and programs meet quality compliance and performance expectations from concept through full lifecycle.
- Proactively manage delivery risks dependencies and crossfunctional constraints across large complex initiatives.
People & Talent Development
- Build develop and retain highperforming engineering and PMO leaders across multiple geographies.
- Create strong coaching mentoring and succession planning mechanisms
- Promote an inclusive collaborative culture that values continuous learning accountability and outcomes.
Summary:
This role requires a forwardlooking engineering leader with demonstrated ability to optimize processes drive efficiency at scale leverage AI and automation and lead globally distributed PMO and engineering teams. Success in this role will be measured by improved delivery predictability operational efficiency talent strength and sustained business impact through technologyenabled execution.
