INTRODUCTION:
On our management trainee program you will quickly assume responsibility for your tasks within our innovative R&D department. From the outset you will feel like an important part of the KION Group and a member of an effective and friendly team. You will gain hands-on experience in bringing next-generation industrial vehicles from concept to production.
Tasks and Qualifications:
Responsibilities
will play a key role in supporting the R&D team in the development of new products and technologies for the China market and beyond.
the prototyping and testing phases assisting senior engineers in validating new designs for performance safety and reliability.
technical requirements and collaborate with the global engineering team to adapt global platforms for local market needs (localization).
in the research and evaluation of new materials components and technologies to drive innovation and cost optimization.
to the creation of technical documentation including design specs test reports and engineering change orders.
in cross-functional meetings to bridge the gap between R&D Product Management and Manufacturing.
Job Requirement
have a masters degree in Engineering (Mechanical Electrical Mechatronics or Automotive Engineering) and are looking to put your theoretical knowledge into practice.
have business-level Chinese and English to collaborate effectively with international engineering teams and review technical documents.
are a team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills have a high level of personal initiative and are eager to understand how products are built.
you have initial practical experience through internships in a manufacturing or engineering R&D environment and are familiar with CAD software or basic simulation tools.
