About the Role
What You Will Do
- Assist with equipment registration labeling and inventory tracking
- Support new equipment receipt basic checks and documentation filing
- Help track calibration and maintenance schedules and organize certificates
- Maintain equipment records in lab systems (e.g. TestVision)
- Support equipment storage organization and audit preparation
- Follow lab safety EHS and quality procedures
What You Need to Be Successful
- Practical experience in lab equipment lifecycle management
- Exposure to automotive validation and reliability testing environments
- Understanding of ISO/IEC 17025 lab compliance and audits
- Hands-on experience working with professional engineers and lab systems Attendance is at least 4 days per week and the internship period lasts at least 4 months.
Bonus Points if You Have
- Experience in overseas research projects or academic exchanges.
- Relevant experience in equipment management or tooling fixture standardization.
- Skills in mini-program development or data integration.
