ACCOUNTABILITY:

The M&E Interns Accountabilities Statement:

• Perform all activities and tasks in a culture of accountability and commitment to HSES excellence.
• Assist Maintenance & Engineering Department on daily administrative activities including but not limit:

• Mainly focus on collecting checking and archiving project deliverables when project handover from project team to maintenance team.
• Support on maintenance work order data collection input into SAP system and data analysis.
• Support M&E department assistant to coordinate administrative activities within M&E department and with other departments.

• Support reliability engineer to work out availability critical equipment list preventive maintenance plan and critical spare parts.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide administrative support to Maintenance & Engineering team such as meetings team activities arrangement coordinate with other department based on needs.
• Learning and support:

• Equipment reliability related methodologies support on FEMA (Failure mode & effect analysis) RCFA (Root cause failure analysis).
• Basic understanding on maintenance work order flow and SAP system.
• Departments document control including but not limit project document special equipment document etc.
• Support on temporary project tracking such as paperless maintenance order and record system.

• Other temporary task assigned.

REQUIREMENTS EDUCATION EXPERIENCE SKILLS:

• Degree: undergraduate.
• Preferred majors: Chemical engineering Pharmaceutical engineering Electrical & Automation engineering Chemical machinery Civil engineering or equivalent major.
• English skill: basic ability on reading and writing.
• Soft skills: good communication skill; Ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Tools: WORD EXCEL PowerPoint MINITAB CAD VISION
