Your future duties and responsibilities:
You will be part of our journey toward closed-loop human-less operations where systems detect diagnose and remediate issues automaticallyand humans step in only for novel high risk or policy-driven situations.
- Design and evolve AIOps platforms for event correlation anomaly detection root-cause analysis and automated remediation
- Drive closed-loop low-touch operations to reduce MTTA/MTTR and operational noise
- Implement runbook automation with full safeguards approvals and auditability
- Integrate monitoring and AIOps with ITSM workflows (e.g. ServiceNow JSM)
- Build and maintain service models and topologies for impact analysis and RCA
- Define and operate SRE and observability standards (SLIs/SLOs error budgets dashboards)
- Leverage AI/LLMs for incident summarization knowledge grounding and operational copilotsalways with governance and safety in mind
- Connect cloud and onprem environments via APIs agents and data pipelines
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
- 3 years in SRE DevOps Platform Engineering or Operations.
- Hands-on experience with monitoring/observability event management automation and service mapping
- Strong Linux container (Kubernetes/OpenShift) and networking fundamentals
- Automation skills in Python and/or Bash APIs Git-based pipelines
- Experience with ITSM/ITIL and SRE principles
- Fluent English; German is a plus or willingness to learn
Nice to have:
- AIOps enterprise automation or iPaaS platforms
- MLOps event-driven architectures or data streaming
- ChatOps/on-call tooling (PagerDuty Opsgenie Slack/Teams)
- Certifications (Kubernetes Cloud ITIL)
