WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Neurologist to join our team and meet the growing demands for Neurology services at FPN Specialty Center Crown Point in Crown Point Indiana conveniently located just an hour from downtown Chicago. Provider will join our multispecialty clinic which offers highly coordinated patient care.

WHAT WE NEED:

Strong focus on providing quality care along with emphasis on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Provider experience with general neurological disorders nerve conduction studies EEG interpretations Botox injections is desired. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills work collaboratively to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

Clinic hours: Monday Friday 8:00 a.m. 4:30 p.m.
Flexible full-time schedule
Initial average outpatient volume: 10 15 patients per day with potential for growth
Neurohospitalist on staff for inpatient rounding support
Common Diagnoses & Procedures:
- Coordination problems
- Muscle weakness
- Sensation (Neuropathy)
- Confusion (Dementia)
- Dizziness
- Seizures (Epilepsy)
- Stroke
- Neuromuscular disorders
- Lou Gehrigs disease
- Alzheimers disease
- Cluster headaches and migraines
- Spinal cord disorders
- Geriatric neurology
- Parkinsons
- Botox injections
- EMG
- EEG

Qualifications:

Doctorate Required
Physician License (MD/DO) - Upon Hire Required
Board Certification in Specialty Discipline (or eligibility if appropriate) - Upon Hire Required
Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association - Upon Hire Required
