The Bancorps Fleet Management Services team is one of the few bank-owned direct fleet lessors in the U.S. serving both commercial and government customers. We offer end-to-end solutions for procurement upfitting financing fleet management and disposal. On this team youll work alongside industry experts to provide bank-direct financing and help clients optimize their fleets manage costsand drive efficiency.
This role monitors inventory maintains parking lot coordinates deliveries inspects lease returns and performs pre-delivery inspections.
Key Responsibilities
- Assists in daily operations related to new/used vehicle receiving delivery procedures and inventory control.
- Inspects vehicles for any damage in accordance with department policies and procedures.
- Performs pre-delivery inspection on new car arrivals and create files listing any issues that may need to be
addressed. - Performs vehicle inspections on off lease vehicle returns noting mileage options interior and exterior
damages. - Processes vehicle data regarding new or off lease vehicles into inventory system of record.
- Coordinates recondition of vehicles prior to new lease delivery or lease return disposal.
- Maintains a safe working environment and performs light building maintenance.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- No travel required.
Qualification Requirements
Education/Experience Requirements
- High school diploma or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
- 1 year of automotive service industry experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Must have a valid drivers license and no more than 2 violations or at fault accidents within the last 3 years.
- Ability to operate a wide variety of cars light trucks and vans with ability to drive manual and automatic
transmissions. - Excellent verbal written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Team player able to work effectively and multi-task in fast paced environment.
- Must have experience with Microsoft Office suite e.g. Excel PowerPoint Word Outlook and Internet.
- Schedule must be flexible with ability to travel.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to work in an open environment under extreme temperatures.
- Must be able to frequently lift 50lbs.
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 100lbs.
