Overview

We are seeking a strategic and customer-focused Customer Communities Manager to build grow and scale a vibrant product-driven customer community. This role will drive meaningful engagement enable peer-to-peer collaboration and transform customer insights into actionable feedback that influences product strategy and business outcomes.

This is an opportunity to build a community that not only connects customers but actively shapes product innovation and long-term customer success.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the community strategy aligned with product adoption and retention goals
  • Grow and nurture an engaged customer ecosystem through discussions events and thought leadership initiatives
  • Partner closely with Product Support Customer Success and Marketing to amplify product updates and drive engagement with customers
  • Develop and manage champion/advocate programs to empower super users
  • Drive peer-to-peer engagement in customer forums to improve customer experience
  • Measure and report on community impact (engagement adoption advocacy case deflection)
  • And other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 5 years experience managing or scaling customer communities customer engagement or customer success
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
  • Data-driven approach with the ability to demonstrate community ROI
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer engagement
  • Oil and Gas background or knowledge preferred
  • Fluent in English both written and verbal

Additional Details

  • Background Check: The successful candidate will need to successfully complete the following clearances: Criminal History Check Education Verification Employment Verification Drivers License Verification and Passport/ID validation.
  • Visa Sponsorship: Employment eligibility to work with Quorum Software in Colombia is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for this position. The successful candidate will be required to ensure they maintain and renew any visas or permits that grant employment eligibility where applicable.
  • Current professional card or registration in Colombia (if applicable): The successful candidate will be required to present their professional card or registration information if the role is deemed to be regulated.
  • Onboarding Medical: The successful candidate will be required to undergo an onboarding medical examination prior to commencement of employment in accordance with Colombian legislation.
