Job Summary

This position has already been filled via Rutgers Summer Service Internship Program. The applicant has already interviewed and been directly referred by Rutgers.

Adding to existing case management resources known to the agency by working with clinical staff and conducting research on resources local to each location.

Scheduling meeting with clients to assist them with identifying needs related to biopsychosocial wellness. Communicating with clinical staff any relevant updates.

Assisting clients with completing applications or phone calls and making referrals to specific entities (higher level of care housing food needs medical care).

Receiving referrals from counselors

Assisting clients with tasks (such as scheduling phone calls for appointments resume building locating jobs) on an as-needed basis

Required Experience:

Junior IC
