Job Summary
Capital Ford Charlotte is looking for an Automotive Lot Porter. Were a high-traffic dealership looking for someone who takes pride in keeping things organized and looking sharp. Youll play a big part in making sure our lot is customer-ready at all times while working alongside a busy supportive team. Automotive Lot Attendant Responsibilities:
- Ensure the proper organization and placement of vehicles on the dealership lot
- Collaborate with the sales and service teams to arrange vehicles based on make model and other relevant criteria
- Perform regular inspections for debris litter and other items that may impact the overall appearance
- Ensure that each vehicle is properly staged including adjusting mirrors seats and other settings
- Work closely with the inventory management team to update records and reconcile discrepancies
- Collaborate with sales service and other departments to ensure efficient lot operations
- All other duties assigned
Automotive Lot Attendant Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferably in an automotive dealership
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of organization
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Physical fitness for tasks such as walking standing and occasionally lifting objects
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Must pass pre-employment background screenings
