Description of the task:
All individual activities are carried out in compliance with type-specific specifications (e.g. construction documents standards regulations occupational health and safety guidelines environmental protection guidelines etc.).
Professional management and coordination of employees (e.g. instructing employees carrying out shift and vacation planning conducting instructions monitoring compliance with occupational safety and environmental requirements etc.)
Preparation and post-processing and execution of aircraft and component painting (e.g. coordination with the interfaces control of production hours planning of procedures/processes/personnel deployments etc. by means of throughput time andWorkforce planning tool; according to the specifications from work preparation etc.)
Act as an internal/external point of contact for all questions/aspects of painting (e.g. new products and processes technical work executions etc.)
Monitoring the economic operation of e.g. ventilation and heating systems etc.
Organize/monitor workflows manufacturing processes and quality; as instructed
Creation of documents (e.g. test protocols incoming findings work plans etc.)
Carrying out initial findings on aircraft/components in the paint shop; according to operational specifications; Identification of deviations from the planned range of services Documentation (in paper form) and examination of ones own activities and those carried out by others as part of the documented worker audit
Identifying avoiding and remedying quality defects
Ensuring cleanliness and monitoring of care and maintenance work in the area of responsibility (halls plants facilities etc.)
Implementation of interim acceptance tests on aircraft/components in cooperation with test centres and end customers
Maintenance of data in various user programs (e.g. BDE X-Time SAP etc.)
