We are currently searching for a Non SAP UAM Specialist:
Responsibilities:
- Process and fulfill user access mailbox group membership and service account requests in line with defined SLAs and security policies.
- Perform access validation troubleshooting and entitlement corrections escalating complex cases as required.
- Execute provisioning and deprovisioning activities across Active Directory (AD) email systems and integrated applications.
- Ensure compliance with access governance controls including documentation audit readiness and ticket hygiene.
- Support the user access review process performing remediation and reporting.
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring access issues and recommend process improvements.
- Perform provisioning and deprovisioning activities via Saviynt IGA ensuring accurate entitlement mapping to SAP systems (ECC S4 BW GRC).
- Validate and troubleshoot failed provisioning jobs connector issues and access sync discrepancies between Saviynt and SAP.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in User Access Management (UAM) or Identity and Access Management (IAM) roles.
- Technical proficiency in Active Directory (AD) administration and email system access.
- Hands-on experience with user provisioning and deprovisioning across multiple integrated applications.
- Strong understanding of access governance security policies and audit compliance.
- Ability to perform technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis for access incidents.
- Experience with ticketing systems and maintaining high standards of documentation (ticket hygiene).
Desired:
- Previous experience with Saviynt IGA tool is a significant plus.
- Knowledge of entitlement mapping specifically for SAP environments (S4 Hana ECC GRC).
Languages
- Advanced Oral English.
- Advanced Spanish.
