Your role and responsibilities

No two days are ever the same. Youll manage a wide variety of tasks so strong organisational skills effective time management and the ability to switch focus quickly are essential.

In this job share position you will:

  • provide accountable leadership for the team and make informed decisions which maintain the reputation of the service
  • support and inspire team members to develop their skills and achieve their full potential
  • provide knowledgeable experience-based advice on a range of highway-related matters
  • contribute to the financial management of the services delivered by the team
  • identify and explore opportunities to improve and expand the existing services.

You will need
