We are inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager Revenue Growth Management!
This role is to support the design execution and monitoring of strategies that drive profitable growth across pricing promotions trade investments and assortment optimization. This role leverages Consumer Data Platform (CDP) insights to enable data-driven decision-making in the retail domain working closely with senior managers and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Work location: Bangalore
Responsibilities:
Revenue Growth Support :
Assist in implementing RGM frameworks across pricing promotions and trade spend optimization.
Provide analytical support to sales marketing and finance teams in developing growth initiatives.
Data & Insights :
Use CDP tools to extract shopper insights and support retail strategy development.
Conduct analysis to measure ROI of trade investments and promotional activities.
Collaboration :
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of RGM initiatives with business objectives.
Provide regular updates and insights to senior stakeholders.
Skillsets :
Experience in SQL Python/R Excel.
Exposure to Statistical concepts.
Exposure to CDP platforms
Strong collaboration and influencing skills across functions.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
