As a member of theContent Teamyoullcreate fun and memorablequestexperiences by designing and implementing the many types of content that players can engage with in our game.
As a member of the projectyoullhelp take the studio and our game from great to evenbetter; witha focus on inclusivity mutual respect (for ourselves and our players) thoughtfulness empathy professionalism and collaboration.

Youllhelp us by
Collaborating with thequestnarrative level designteamsand other departments in craftinga cohesive experience forthe games locations characters content and plots.
Collaborate with our Questand NarrativeDesignersandEngineersto furtherdevelopthepipelinesand processes of the Quest Design team.
Designing and implementing functionalquestsand becoming proficient in using our tools
Help express thestorysvisionvia excellent explorationdialoguegameplay and activities.
Providing constructive feedback on others work
Acting as a liaison to other departments conveying the consistent design visionof the project
Youreawesome because you have
Proven experience as a professional Game Designer (or some combination of applicable training and experience) and have shipped 1 or more titlesas a quest designer.
Experience with technical game design (implementation in tools game logic visual scriptingetc.)
Ability to collaborate and thrive as part of a creative team and comfortable with self-critique and accepting outside feedback
Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks in a confidential environment
Creative problem-solving skills with a collaborative team-oriented approach
Experience pitching game design concepts in a clear detailed manner through strong written and verbal skills
Organization methods and the capability to meet agreed timelines
Bonus points for
Experience with AAA games
Industry recognition ordemonstratedimpact in your field
Having made your own game as a side or indie project
Experience in adjacent fields such ascontent designnarrative designenvironmentart programmingetc.
Experience playing and/or crafting pen and paper board or trading card games
