What You Will Do
Lead and develop a team of cybersecurity professionals responsible for enterprise security platforms and tooling
Oversee the lifecycle configuration and operation of security technologies such as email security EDR cloud security and identity-related controls
Manage security operations platforms including SIEM SOAR and enterprise logging and telemetry solutions
Provide technical leadership on security architecture control effectiveness and risk mitigation strategies
Partner with IT cloud application and security operations teams to deliver integrated security solutions
Establish operational standards service expectations and vendor performance oversight to ensure reliability and compliance
Who You Are
10 years of experience in IT operations including at least 5 years in an IT security or cybersecurity function
Bachelors degree or diploma in Information Systems Information Security Engineering or equivalent experience
Proven experience leading technical teams and working with managed service providers
Strong expertise in enterprise security platforms monitoring technologies and cybersecurity controls
Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical risks into clear insights for senior and non-technical stakeholders
CISSP or comparable cybersecurity certification; experience in regulated or energy-sector environments is an asset
