Job Summary
Administration Officer Perpetrator Program Caboolture
Employment Term: Part-Time (30.4 hours per week) Maximum Term to 31 December 2026 with the possibility of extension.
Location: Caboolture
Remuneration: $38.65 p/h Super NFP Salary Packaging (save tax and increase your take home pay)

Your part in our UnitingCare team
We are seeking an Administration Officer to provide a range of high level and quality administrative and financial functions to support the management and operational team the perpetrator program within the Family Protection portfolio.
As a key support role to the delivery of our services youll play a pivotal role in ensuring business operations are runefficiently.
As an Administrative Officer the key duties include but are not limited to:
Provide a range of generaladministrative activities which require initiative confidentiality and sensitivity
Diary and meeting management and coordination of travel arrangements
Undertake the processing ofa range of general financial functions including petty cash and payment ofaccounts.
Maintaining quality processes and procedures
Document preparation including human resource forms reports presentations and submissions
What makes a difference for us
Good knowledge and experience with MS Office Suite and Database applications
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Sound time-management skills and an ability to prioritise your workload
Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
Qualifications skills and experience in Administration or Business are not essential but highly desirable.
Current Qld Drivers License
Working with Children Check - Blue Card
