Job Summary
Amazon has one of the largest and most trusted logistics networks in India currently leveraged by businesses working with Amazon. We are extending the benefits of Amazon Freights services to SMBs helping them serve their customers better and grow faster. This role is central to acquiring new customers for this rapidly growing business.
We are seeking a street-smart result-oriented candidate with sales and business development experience in the logistics industry. The ideal candidate thrives in an entrepreneurial environment is not hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities and brings a collaborative yet data-driven mindset. You should constantly strive to expand our understanding of key metrics and industry dynamics.
Key job responsibilities
-Qualify inbound leads generated through multiple marketing channels by understanding their freight requirements and assessing fit with Amazon Freights offerings
-Engage with qualified leads to pitch Amazon Freight solutions driving higher conversion through strong communication and consultative selling
-Expand reach to target customers by proactively qualifying leads across channels
-Use negotiation and convincing skills to improve lead-to-opportunity conversion rates
-Capture and share structured insights on lead quality to continuously improve the qualification process
-Maintain reporting funnel and visibility on salesforce
Establish and maintain a seamless handshake process with the Sales team to ensure smooth and timely onboarding of qualified leads

Amazon Freight India offers end-to-end surface freight solutions Full Truckload (FTL) Part Truckload (PTL) and Less-than-Truckload (LTL) enabling brands to move goods efficiently across India with competitive pricing real-time tracking and a vast logistics network. We serve both on-Amazon and off-Amazon brands providing flexible inbounding solutions that seamlessly connect seller inventory to Amazon fulfillment centers as well as direct-to-customer and B2B destinations. Our tech-enabled platform ensures reliable scalable freight movement for businesses of all sizes from large enterprises to emerging brands making Amazon Freight India a trusted logistics partner for the modern supply chain.
