Job Summary
Transmission & Distribution (T&D) Superintendent

We are actively seeking an experienced Transmission & Distribution (T&D) Superintendent to oversee field operations on high-profile energy infrastructure projects. This role is critical to ensuring projects are delivered safely on time and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily field operations for transmission and substation construction projects
Supervise subcontractors and ensure alignment with project schedules and contract requirements
Oversee installation of high-voltage transmission lines structures substations and related systems
Drive jobsite safety by enforcing protocols and reviewing PTAs TSOs and safety documentation
Coordinate with project management engineering QA/QC and clients to ensure seamless execution
Track project progress productivity and material usage
Review drawings RFIs and ensure latest revisions are implemented in the field
Conduct inspections develop punch lists and support system testing and commissioning
Maintain accurate daily reports and photo documentation
Qualifications
Strong experience in T&D construction including transmission lines and substations
Proven ability to manage subcontractors and field crews on complex projects
Solid understanding of construction scheduling safety compliance and QA/QC processes
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings (structural electrical P&IDs)
Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel regionally as needed
