Job Summary
Now Hiring: Part-Time Custodial Team Member First United Methodist Church Evanston IL $20/hr 2025 hrs/week
Were looking for a dependable self-motivated individual to help keep our church facilities clean safe and ready for our congregation and community.
Weekend availability is essential Sunday mornings (7:30am12:30pm) are required and Saturdays are a key part of this schedule. If youre someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys a behind-the-scenes role that makes a real difference wed love to hear from you!
What youll do: Clean and maintain building interior & exterior Set up rooms for services and special events Perform light repairs (electrical plumbing carpentry landscaping) Work with staff volunteers and the Facilities Manager
What were looking for: Experience in commercial janitorial or facilities maintenance Ability to lift 50 lbs and work flexible hours Strong work ethic and team player
