Stay cool even during late-night arrivals early departures or unexpected nighttime requests.

Ensure smooth and seamless processes together with your Front Office colleagues.

Be a true host: exceed guest expectations and make them feel like theyve found their own nighttime paradise.

Prepare and hand over your shift with a tidy and organized Front Office.

Perform the end of the day close ledgers check the reservations for the day after & closing bills.

Financing and reporting all our outlets.

Report directly to the Front Office Manager and Shift Leader.

Stay informed and share relevant information with your team and management
