Job Summary
What youll do
We are looking for an experienced Spa Receptionist to join the team at SLS Barcelona. Under the guidance of the Wellness Manager the Spa Receptionist will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service ensuring a seamless guest experience and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality at all times.
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm courteous and professional manner.
- Manage spa reservations appointments and cancellations efficiently.
- Provide detailed information about spa treatments services and products.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with therapists and spa staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Upsell spa services and retail products in line with guest needs.
- Ensure compliance with hotel standards policies and procedures.
Qualifications :
What we are looking for...
- Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or spa preferred.
- Proficiency in booking systems and basic computer skills.
- Team player with a high level of energy and motivation with a proven track record of living the companys values.
- A positive attitude and a passion for helping others achieve their wellness goals.
- Ability to multitask work in a fast-paced environment and have a high-level attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in Spanish and English. Additional languages will be highly valuable.
