Your responsibilities

• The Ultimate Welcome: Greet guests from all over the world with a radiant smile and a seamless check-in experience.

• Information Guru: Be the go-to expert for resort activities local hidden gems and the best Mediterranean dining spots.

• Problem Solver Extraordinaire: Handle guest inquiries and requests with grace speed and a can-do attitude to ensure 5-star satisfaction.

• Administrative Wizardry: Manage reservations process payments and keep our front-office systems running like a well-oiled machine.

• Communication Hub: Coordinate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure every luxury bungalow and pitch is perfect for arrival.

Your profile

• Language Powerhouse: You are a polyglot! You must be fluent (C1/C2) in Dutch German and English. A good command of Spanish is essential to communicate with your local colleagues and the community.

• Hospitality Heart: You have a natural flair for service and ideally have experience in high-end tourism or luxury hospitality.

• Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable working with management software and office tools.

• The Vibe: You are energetic empathetic and stay calm and professional even during the busy summer gold season.

• Flexibility: You understand that hospitality never sleeps and youre happy to work in a rotating shift system including weekends.
