Job Summary

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Looking for an experienced and energetic person to create flawless manufacturing processes
and provide real-time feedback of requirement changes and provide information at a single source.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for all inward materials - ensure GRN processes are completed properly
for all materials
Work with purchase team and solve any issues with invoices and GRNs
Store materials as per approved layout
Control FIFO for material issue and ensure no expiration of materials
Work with PPC and MES Team and issue materials for production with proper batch
codes and nil downtime for production
Work with Production Team and ensure all production orders are properly closed by
accounting for returned and rejected materials in a timely manner
Work with audit teams and customers for audit of the stores stock
Keep track of MSL quantities and trigger purchase requests for consumables and RM
Provide MIS reports as needed and provide updates in weekly review meetings
Always ensure SAP and physical stocks of all materials match
Other Responsibilities
Maintain 5S across all zones related to Stores
Coordinate materials for other plants as needed
Ensure scrap materials are sent out with proper documentation on a routine basis
Ensure MHEs for stores are always operational and in good working condition
Train and upskill Stores team for maximum operational efficiency
Ensure cross-functional team support for smooth functioning of the organization
Good Oral and Written Communication Skills in English.
