Job Summary

Job Description:

Lead the architecture of backend systems and author high-level and low-level design documents (HLD/LLD).
Build scalable microservices using Java (Spring Boot) or Python.
Design systems that ensure high throughput low latency and fault tolerance.
Optimize system performance with techniques like caching sharding load balancing and concurrency.
Define and drive observability for services using SLOs/SLIs metrics logs and tracing.
Lead incident resolution and root cause analysis (RCA) implementing preventive engineering.
Mentor and guide SDE-1/2 engineers driving engineering best practices.
