Job Summary

4 years experience with quantitative analysis
Experience in network allocation and partner/vendor management.
Experience with data visualization (we use Tableau for many of our business-facing dashboards but we wont say no to a ggplot or two)
Solid communication skills: Demonstrated ability to explain complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences
Contact center operations experience/ Workforce management
Tableau or similar BI software
