What you will be doing in this role
Join our dedicated team of emergency care specialists and nursing staff as a Permanent Registered Nurse caring for a wide variety of presentations including cardiac neuro paediatric sporting injuries respiratory wounds and more. The Emergency Centre is fast paced challenging but a rewarding environment.
Reporting toour highly experienced and supportiveNurse Unit Manager (NUM) you will assess plan evaluate and deliver holistic nursing carein accordance withtheNational competency Standards and Adventist HealthCare policies and procedures.
Whowerelookingfor
- Current AHPRA rego with a minimum of 3 years of experience within an Emergency or Critical Care setting (Must have)
- Provenability to work well in a fast-paced environment and have strong time management skills
- Flexibility to worka range of 810 and 12-hour shifts across morningafternoonsand nights
- Demonstratedelevated level of empathy and strong emotional intelligence
- Exceptional communicator (both verbally and written) withdemonstratedexperience professionally communicating with patientstheirfamiliesand colleagues.
- Full Australian working rights
