Required Skills & Experience

Extensive experience with ServiceNow architecture and core platform functionality
Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM
Experience with ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management)
Hands on experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub / Workflow Data Fabric
Experience with ServiceNow ITOM
Advanced skills developing testing and implementing enterprise ServiceNow solutions
Experience working on complex large scale technology initiatives
Ability to independently plan prioritize and manage assigned work
Strong ability to communicate technical and business concepts clearly

Preferred Qualifications

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
Knowledge of ITIL foundations and processes
