Job Summary

Duties/Responsibilities:

Assist Chemist to maintain chemistry and mange additions on Chemline

Ability to perform titrations/pH checks independently

Assist Chemist with chemical tank changes

Ability to work with Chem Technicians to make sure the production is going smoothly

Maintain waste water system required testing for City of Phoenix

Assist Chemist with chemical waste pickups and paperwork

Able to follow written and verbal instructions

True Chem software

Introductory Safety Training on the following:

HAZWOPER Certificate

Training for chemical waste pick up managing

Confined space training

Bulk chemical transfers and chemical pumps

Training to perform titrations and chemical addition

Training how to use TrueChem

Training to manage waste water testing

Various CHMPR and QCI level documents

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma with 1 year experience in chemistry related field

Physical Requirements:

Able to lift up to 30 lbs.

Ability to wear PPE as required.

Respirator required for certain chemicals
