Mariposa Therapy Services is a multidisciplinary clinician-led pediatric therapy organization serving schools across the Greater Phoenix region.

We are actively interviewing for a full-time Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support school-based services in Coolidge Arizona for the school year. Many of our therapists commute from Gilbert Chandler and Queen Creek making this a manageable and highly preferred service area for East Valley clinicians.

At Mariposa SLPAs work as part of a long-term highly experienced multidisciplinary team including onsite SLP supervisors OTs PTs and school teams. Our focus is on relationship-driven therapy strong supervision and clinical stability so you can focus on supporting students rather than navigating inconsistent caseloads or contractor roles.

Essential Responsibilities

Provide speech and language therapy services to students under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist

Implement therapy plans developed by supervising SLPs to address student communication goals

Use creative and engaging therapy strategies to support student participation and progress

Maintain accurate session documentation and data collection using a web-based system

Collaborate with supervising SLPs teachers and school staff to support student outcomes

Participate in team meetings and assist with therapy materials and activities as directed

Demonstrate positive rapport with students families and school teams

Follow district and state guidelines for therapy services and documentation
