PAY RATE: $51/hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

• Develop and document equipment and tooling concepts to meet aerospace product design and build requirements

• Participate in design reviews; create and revise drawings and models to support build plans

• Perform tool liaison activities to support fabrication and production use

• Create specifications and purchase requests for new equipment and tooling from vendors

• Ensure compliance with safety producibility maintainability reliability ergonomic and regulatory requirements

• Develop and document inspection procedures usage instructions and preventative maintenance plans; support user training

• Manage budgets and schedules to deliver equipment and tooling solutions

• Spend up to 8 hours standing/walking

• Climb ladders or stairs to access equipment

• Work at heights or in tight spaces

• Wear required PPE

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology) Computer Science Data Science Mathematics Physics or Chemistry

• 1 year of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Strong problem-solving communication and process improvement skills

• Passion for hands-on collaboration with production teams

• Commitment to safety quality and efficiency

• Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
