Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Purchasing Buyer to lead and execute key processes within the Source-to-Pay ecosystem. This role is responsible for managing sourcing procurement contracting pricing payments and governance activities while ensuring compliance with company policies and controls. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical capabilities stakeholder management and the ability to drive efficiency through technical solutions and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute sourcing procurement contracting and payment processes within the Source-to-Pay ecosystem
Develop sourcing recommendations and oversee contract execution from initiation through supplier payment
Manage supplier relationships and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and efficiency
Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and governance standards
Support pricing strategies procurement activities and financial analysis
Utilize technical systems and tools to improve operational effectiveness and streamline processes
Maintain accountability for supply assurance value creation and compliance
Influence and collaborate with internal senior leadership and external partners
Drive process improvements through data analysis and integrative thinking

Qualifications & Skills

Strong experience in sourcing procurement or purchasing functions
Knowledge of Source-to-Pay processes compliance and governance
Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels
Experience with procurement systems and technical tools preferred
