Candidates in the Greater St. Louis MO Area preferred especially if they are able to occasionally come into the Chesterfield office. This is a US-based position available to candidates who reside in the following states: AL CA FL GA IL MO MI NC NJ NY TX WA. This is a full-time exempt position with benefits.

Job Summary:

Manages IMPACT Groups individual coaching practice for individual leadership and executive coaching collaborates on development of 1:1 leadership development programs coordinates leadership development pre-sales support for individual coaching programs provides coaching to leaders and executives and performs special projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Manages executive coaching practice
  • Manage executive coaches providing real-time performance feedback ensuring coaches deliver quality work per client and IMPACT Group specifications and keeps required documentation.
  • Coordinatecoaching guides and supporting materials for coaching programs.
  • Manage quality management for programs.
  • Hire train onboard and mentor coaches.
  • Guide and advise coaches on troubleshooting issues and challenging coaching situations.
  • Maintain open communication and positive relationships with coaches including hosting quarterly coach networking / development forum.
  • Quantify and communicate results to client or to sales for delivery to clients.
  • Maintain profitability / margins in executive coaching program including setting coach rates invoicing schedules and approving client invoices.
  • Provide direct client support and maintains responsive communication for key Executive Coaching accounts.
Leads 1:1 leadership development programs
  • Oversee scalable coaching and LeaderQ ensuring high-quality coaching experiences and measurable outcomes.
  • Create delivery and program management processes for technology enabled programs.
  • Develop and refine coaching frameworks methodologies and best practices to ensure consistency quality and effectiveness across coaches.
  • Build train and manage a network of geographically dispersed coaches ensuring alignment with program standards and client needs.
  • Establish metrics reporting and analytics to demonstrate coaching impact and ROI for clients and internal stakeholders.

Coordinatesleadership development pre-sales support for 1:1 coaching program sales
  • Coordinate subject matter experts for sales calls when approved.
  • Serve as subject matter expert as needed in sales processes; effectively consults guides and influences clients to enhance program sales.
  • Consulton development of proposals and statements of work.
  • Evaluate and establish pricing for programswithin established ranges in collaboration with other team members.
Serves as leadership and executive coach
  • Maintain a small coaching caseload for scalable and mid-level programs.
Handles special projects
  • Develop manage and complete special projects as assigned with a keen eye on quality project management change management innovation results and strategic growth.
  • Support relocation and / or outplacement coaching solution lines during peak volumes.

Qualifications:
  • 5 years of experience working in Talent & Leadership Development or related field.
  • Must have led others at a manager level or above in a corporate business environment; managing independent contractors preferred
  • 5 years of experience as a leadership and executive coach who coaches director level and above individuals.
  • Coaching certification required; ICF certification highly regarded.
  • Experience supporting sales team from a subject matter expertise perspective.
  • Instructional design experience building training programs and experience delivering and facilitating programs highly regarded.
  • Dynamic interactive workshop facilitation skills and significant workshop facilitation experience with audiences from a variety of industries and levels.
  • Project management and change management skills and experience including ability to make decisions manage timelines and respond to client requests.
  • Experience in supervising evaluating coaching and guiding others required.
  • Consultative business development experience including contributing to/developing proposals and assisting in closing business.
  • Exceptional ability to quickly learn the business strategy approach and culture of various clients.
  • Charismatic and collaborative leadership style with a history of enthusiastic growth and development of employees and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills. Skilled in creating written materials using MS Word Excel and PowerPoint which project a professional image.
  • Works independently; resourceful; enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines; able to navigate and make decisions in novel situations amidst a level of ambiguity.
  • Deep knowledge of current leadership human resources and talent development trends.
  • Experience working with global clients and colleagues preferred.
  • At least 5% of overnight travel as required based on client needs.
