You will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex software implementations for global clients. By bridging the gap between technical engineering teams and commercial stakeholders you will ensure high-quality product deployments. What you will do:

Manage multiple client implementations simultaneously tracking timelines scope and quality from kickoff to go-live.
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for external stakeholders translating business requirements into actionable delivery milestones.
Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies while continuously improving internal delivery frameworks and governance.

The ideal candidate:

Proven experience managing technical programs or software delivery projects ideally within fintech insurance or regulated SaaS environments.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to navigate discussions with both software engineers and C-suite client executives.
Highly organized and proactive mindset comfortable operating in a rapid scale-up environment with evolving priorities and distributed teams.
