Junior HR Buisness Partner Field Based London Region
Were looking for a Junior HR Business Partner to support our London region a fastpaced peopleheavy part of the business where strong relationships really matter.
This is a fieldbased role spending most of your time out in depots working closely with Depot Managers and their teams. Youll be a visible trusted HR presence helping managers understand whats working what isnt and what support is needed.

What you will be doing:
- Spending the majority of your time out in depots building strong relationships with managers and teams
- Getting under the skin of people challenges and understanding root causes not just symptoms
- Supporting depots that are down on last year helping managers improve performance capability and stability
- Sharing good practice from depots that are performing well
- Supporting people matters such as performance absence engagement and development
- Having oversight of more complex employee relations issues (with case management handled by our ER team)
- Working closely with Recruitment and Learning & Development to put the right support in place
- Feeding insight back to the Senior HR Business Partner and helping shape practical peoplefocused solutions
This role doesnt come with a daytoday structure. Things change quickly so youll need to be comfortable prioritising reacting and getting stuck in.
What were looking for:
- Previous HR generalist experience operating at HR Advisor level or above with a solid working knowledge of employment law
- Confident advising managers across a broad range of people issues including performance absence engagement and capability
- Able to identify performance opportunities and put forward practical HR solutions that fit the culture and pace of the business
- Experience working with HR data breaking it down and making it meaningful for operational stakeholders
- A selfstarter who is comfortable taking ownership spotting opportunities and seeing things through to completion
- Strong relationshipbuilding skills with the confidence to work closely with managers and build trust on the frontline
- Proven experience of coaching influencing and supporting managers rather than doing things for them
- A clear and confident communicator with strong verbal and written skills
- Well organised able to manage competing priorities in a fastmoving environment
- A genuine focus on customer service ideally with experience in a trade retail construction or hospitality setting
