Job Summary
Student Worker Community Service Intern
Number of Openings: 3
Purpose/Objective of the Role:
Student workers will make or serve food run the store and take in donations
Tasks & Responsibilities:
There will be lots of opportunities to interact and connect with:
- Shoppers
- Volunteers
- Check customers out
- Keeping the store stocked and clean
- Serving meals
- Receiving and sorting donations
Qualifications:
- Student workers must have prior volunteer experience at Common Ground Free Store
- Student workers will commit to filling mutually agreed-upon shifts
- Student workers will agree to help recruit OWU volunteers
- Student workers will observe policies and procedures in CGFS handbook (available upon request at OWU Community Service-Learning Office)
