Job Summary

KCR Solutions are delighted to be recruiting an Outsourcing Supervisor to join an established team in Newcastle. Supporting a diverse range of clients across multiple sectors. The ideal candidate will be part or fully ACCA ACA or CIMA qualified.

Managing your own clients and ensuring all services are delivered on time and to a high standard.
Preparing accurate management accounts
Preparing VAT returns.
Supervising a small team to ensure completion of:
Bank reconciliations
Sales and purchase ledger processing
Timely and accurate invoice postings
Timely payments to suppliers and other creditors
Working closely with clients to resolve finance function and systems issues ensuring smooth and timely completion of tasks.
Building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Monitoring quality standards and contributing to excellent service delivery.
Identifying and communicating potential business opportunities to senior team members.
