Designation: Simulation Engineer

Education: B.E/

Experience: 4-6 Yrs

Location: Prestige Technostar Bangalore

Roles & Responsibilities:

Individual contributor who works using Finite Element Analysis tools to support product development value engineering quality a timely and cost effective manner
Identifies structural failure modes such as stability vibration fatigue etc. associated with products involved using FEA tools
Develops simulation methodologies for evaluating behavior of product assemblies and components
Plans and conducts simulation assignments involving several smaller and/or one major project.
Investigates and advises on unusual and difficult problems encountered in product development & give periodic technical guidance to less experienced professionals or technicians assigned to work on a common project.

Must have Skills:

In depth knowledge and experience of using ANSYS Mechanical ANSYS geometry/meshing modules is mandatory. Knowledge of parametric modelling techniques will be an advantage.
Good communication (oral & written) in English
Problem solving ability and constant drive to improve share knowledge and ensure competency development
Application knowledge of structural concepts like non-linear modelling vibration fatigue and hyper-elastic physics.
