We are revolutionizing the online ad-serving industry for advertisers publishers and networks alike and are seeking to recruit a CRM & Revenue Operations Manager.


Role Summary:


The CRM Manager is the architect of Exoclicks commercial engine. You are responsible for the end-to-end configuration of Hubspot ensuring that the Sales (Advertising/Publishing) Marketing and Customer Success teams have the tools automations and data they need to operate at peak efficiency. You bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution turning raw data into actionable insights.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Platform Governance: Serve as the primary Hubspot Administrator. Manage custom objects property architecture and integration with third-party tools.


  • Process Automation: Design and maintain complex workflows to automate lead distribution customer onboarding renewal alerts and marketing nurtures.


  • Cross-Functional Support:
    • Sales: Build deal pipelines automated sequences and sales playbooks.
    • Marketing: Support lead scoring attribution modeling and campaign tracking.
    • Customer Success: Configure health scores ticketing systems and automated feedback loops (NPS).


  • Reporting & Analytics: Build and maintain advanced dashboards for the Heads of Departments. Ensure one version of the truth for revenue churn and team productivity metrics.


  • Data Integrity: Conduct regular data cleansing de-duplication and mapping audits to ensure the CRM remains a reliable source of truth.


  • Training & Enablement: Create documentation and conduct training sessions to ensure all team members are using Hubspot effectively and consistently.


Requirements:


  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience managing a CRM specifically Hubspot (Sales and Marketing Hubs). Experience in an AdTech or SaaS environment is highly valued.
  • Technical Skills: Expert-level knowledge of Hubspot Workflows Custom Objects and Reporting. Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email templates and API integrations is a plus.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical workflows and data visualizations.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage requests from multiple stakeholders (Sales vs. Marketing) and prioritize based on business impact.
  • Communication: Ability to explain technical CRM concepts to non-technical users.
