This is an exciting opportunity to join Commercial Operations as part of the Sales Plan Governance Team. Working with key stakeholders across the business the Assistant Sales Plan Governance Manager enables the smooth delivery of our business promotional programme through balancing commercial and operational priorities.
As a key member of our closeknit Commercial Operations team the Assistant Sales Plan Governance Manager plays a vital role in bringing our promotional programme to this dynamic position youll help ensure our plans run smoothly from concept to delivery working collaboratively with a wide range of commercial and operational partners across the business.

Governing Sales Plan the process actively managing key deadlines to ensure on time and accurate delivery.
Status reporting on major milestones with relevant challenges managed/escalated.
Working cross functionally to deliver optimised outcomes which balance the needs of our commercial and operational requirements.
Process issue identification and resolution. When process challenges and issues within Sales Plan arise take accountability and leadership for issue resolution.
Holding learning reviews to drive continuous improvement.
Influence business late changes to support good change and mitigate unnecessary impact.
Opportunity to get involved in key business projects which affect Sales Plan and more widely across Commercial Operations.
Work with qualitative and quantitative information simultaneously

An understanding of the Sales Plan process
Experience of working with our category supply merchandising or retail teams
Experience in working with processes involving multiple stakeholders
Experience in providing management information taking data and turning it into information and insight
Experiencing in leading meetings and getting to agreed conclusions when multiple view points are present.
