As an In-Store Marketing Digital Specialist youll play a key role in bringing Boots in-store experience to life through engaging digital content. Working within the In-Store Marketing team youll lead the creation and delivery of digital screen content that supports key marketing initiatives and enhances the customer journey across our stores.

What youll be doing

As an In-Store Marketing Digital Specialist for initiatives youll report to the Digital ISM Manager and take ownership of delivering impactful digital content across our in-store screens.

Youll work at the heart of our marketing activity helping translate brand and trading priorities into compelling digital experiences across Beauty GM Healthcare and Pharmacy. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about Boots excited by digital innovation and eager to grow within in-store marketing.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the briefing and delivery of all digital in-store content for initiatives in line with the Boots marketing plan across Beauty GM Healthcare and Pharmacy.

  • Ensure all digital in-store messaging aligns with the wider marketing strategy customer plan and trading priorities.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute best-in-class digital marketing that drives in-store purchases.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with design agencies and external partners to ensure accurate and timely delivery of content.

  • Translate trading and marketing priorities into clear actionable briefs for creative and design teams.

  • Review RTBs manage approval workflows and secure required stakeholder sign-offs.

  • Publish digital content and ensure accurate playback across all in-store screens.

  • Maintain and update the digital budget tracking associated costs effectively.

  • A collaborative team player

  • A creative mindset with the drive to help shape and grow our digital in-store marketing capability

  • Previous marketing experience is a bonus but not essential enthusiasm and willingness to learn are what matter most
