Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant - PMO & Business Analyst
We are seeking a PMO & Business Analyst to support project governance business requirement analysis and project delivery. This role will work closely with project managers business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure projects are well-governed while business needs are clearly defined and translated into actionable requirements.
The role combines PMO reporting and governance responsibilities with business analysis activities ensuring successful delivery of projects aligned with business objectives.
Responsibilities
Support the Project Management Office (PMO) in maintaining project governance frameworks and standards.
Track project timelines milestones budgets and deliverables.
Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports and dashboards for leadership.
Maintain RAID logs (Risks Assumptions Issues Dependencies).
Monitor project compliance with PMO processes and documentation standards.
Support project portfolio tracking and reporting.
Facilitate project review meetings and governance reviews.
Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
Conduct business process analysis and improvement initiatives.
Create documentation such as:
Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS)
User Stories / Acceptance Criteria
Process Flow Diagrams
Translate business needs into functional specifications for development teams.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications

Support UAT planning execution and validation.
Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
Project status reports and governance dashboards
Business requirement documents (BRD/FRD)
Process maps and workflow documentation
Risk and issue tracking reports
Stakeholder communication updates
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Requirements gathering and documentation
Process mapping (BPMN Visio Lucidchart)
Stakeholder management
UAT coordination and suppor
Project governance and reporting
Portfolio tracking
Risk and issue management
Project documentation management
Skills matrix for PMO BI professionals.
Advanced Microsoft Excel
PowerPoint / reporting dashboards
Knowledge of JIRA Confluence MS Project or similar tools
Basic understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Engineering IT or related field
Good years experience in PMO Business Analysis or project support roles
Preferred Certifications
CBAP / CCBA / ECBA (IIBA)
PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications
Business Analysis certifications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent documentation and communication skills
Ability to work with cross-functional teams
Strong stakeholder engagement skills
Attention to detail and structured thinking
