FP&A Analyst (m/f/d)
Location: Krakow (hybrid)
As an FP&A Analyst (m/f/d) you will take on a central role in the planning analysis and management of financial activities. You will work independently on complex controlling processes and support management with well-founded analyses forecasts and recommendations for financial steering.
In this position you will be responsible for key controlling processes contribute to the further development of methods and processes and work closely with various departments to enable well-informed financial decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Implementation of controlling plans in alignment with functional policies and programs
Participation in the preparation of budgets as well as in the development of reporting tools and forecasting methods
Analysis of direct and indirect costs as well as conducting variance analyses between actual and budget figures
Monitoring of annual budgets for revenues and expenses to manage funds and evaluate operational results
Analysis of trends identification of financial risks and preparation of forecasts for annual results
Preparation of recommendations on budget and financial controls as well as support in the further development of corresponding policies
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Controlling or a comparable qualification
Professional experience in controlling or finance
Solid knowledge of budgeting forecasting and cost analysis
Experience in analyzing budget variances and deriving actionable recommendations
Ability to analyze complex financial matters and present them clearly
Experience working with executives and cross-functional stakeholders
Fluent English skills; German is a plus
