Human Resources Assistant Temp 1 month Mill Valley $25/hour
Are you organized detail-oriented and ready to make an impact with a highly regarded nonprofit that has been serving the community for decades We are seeking a Temporary HR Assistant to provide additional assistance with a large personnel records project and other related tasks. Prior human resources experience is preferred.
Location: Onsite in Mill Valley
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Approximately 4 weeks possibility to extend
Schedule: Full time standard business hours
Key Responsibilities
Transfer all personnel records into a new filing system; create new folders labels
Data entry into ADP
Completion of reference checks
Assemble new hire packets and folders
Staff follow up (e.g. notifying individuals of overdue physical examinations).
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Experience with filing systems and administrative tasks preferred.
Prior Human Resources experience a plus.
